Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the operator of Wolldi. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Site independently.

What the Site provides

Wolldi helps users discover, compare, and follow links to products offered by independent merchants. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, Wolldi is not the seller, payment processor, shipper, manufacturer, or warrantor. A purchase is governed by the merchant’s terms, price, availability, shipping, returns, warranty, and privacy practices.

Prices, availability, and product information

Product information may come from merchants, manufacturers, public databases, or automated processing. Prices and availability can change after they are displayed. Verify material facts on the merchant’s site before purchasing. We do not guarantee that every description, image, rating, price, delivery estimate, or compatibility statement is complete or error-free.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful personal or internal business product research. You may not bypass access controls or rate limits; probe or exploit vulnerabilities; introduce malware; scrape or automate requests in a way that impairs the service; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content; manipulate ratings, clicks, or analytics; interfere with another user; or use the Site to violate law or another party’s rights.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase, account credentials, and devices secure and for activity under your account. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, merchants, or legal rights.

Intellectual property

The Site software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, marks, and third-party content belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

Affiliate relationship

Some outbound links are paid or affiliate links. Wolldi may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolldi and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the Site or a third-party merchant. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid directly to Wolldi for the service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Wolldi and its operator from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or another party’s rights.

Changes, severability, and law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in effect. Applicable law and courts are determined by the operator’s legal location and mandatory consumer-protection rules; nothing here deprives you of non-waivable rights in your home jurisdiction.
